The Specifics
- Providing junior support across a range of live events and experiential briefs and activations, working on them simultaneously
- Providing day-to-day support to the wider production team, both in the office during pre-production and onsite during build, live event and de-rig
- Build strong relationships with team members, both full-time and freelance to ensure client objectives are met with seamless delivery and within the agreed budget and timings
- Develop and show an understanding of roles and processes of working with our cross-functional teams
- Effective management of end-to-end small to medium-sized tasks, with your level of responsibility growing as your experience evolves
- Typical responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Sourcing competitive quotes
- Sourcing and ordering props, uniforms, collateral etc
- Location research, sourcing event locations
- Managing travel & transport arrangements
- Sourcing, liaising, contracting, and building relationships with suppliers
- Developing mood boards and client presentations
- Budget development and management
- Writing and delivering design & production briefs to both in-house and external creative teams
- Project tracking e.g. status reports, timing plans, resource booking/management etc.
- Supporting with the creation of relevant health & safety documentation/materials
- On-site event management & production support
- Finance support, raising PO’s and feeding into budgets
- Timely correspondence both internally and externally
- Role to be based at the agency’s London office, with national and international travel where required
- Agency teams enjoy a working week split of 2-days in-office (Monday + Thursday) / 3-days ‘Work From Home’
